Meet Our Founder

Working with hundreds of creators, developing podcast series, and growing Health Podcast Network over the past decade, I've witnessed the unique power of podcasts to deliver health information where it's needed most: in people's daily routines.

I founded HealthPodcast.org to unite medical professionals, marketers, tech innovators, advocates and others who understand that evidence-based podcasts aren't optional—they're imperative for transforming health communication.

In simple terms: Podcasts reach people when their hands and eyes are busy, but their minds are free.

Let's build the future of health podcasting together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who should access this summit?

This summit is designed for healthcare professionals, patient advocacy organizations, medical marketers, health system executives, pharmaceutical/device companies, digital health innovators, healthcare marketing agencies, life sciences agencies, and anyone creating or considering health-related audio content. Whether you're starting a podcast, expanding an existing podcast, or seeking ways to partner with podcast creators, you'll learn valuable and actionable insights.

Is this really free? What's the catch?

Yes, it's completely free. We believe breakthrough health communication shouldn't have barriers. This summit reflects our commitment to elevating the entire health podcasting ecosystem—because when we all improve, patients benefit.

I've never podcasted before. Will this be too advanced?

Not at all. We'll cover everything from launching your first health podcast, to storytelling techniques, to advanced growth and engagement strategies. Sessions are designed for all experience levels, with clear healthcare-specific frameworks you can implement regardless of where you're starting.

What makes this different from general podcasting conferences?

This is the only summit exclusively focused on health podcasting's unique challenges: medical accuracy requirements, HIPAA compliance, ethical sponsorships, clinician credibility, and measuring actual engagement and outcomes—not just downloads.

Will sessions be available after the event?

Yes. All registered attendees get on-demand access after the event. Can't make it live? Register anyway and watch sessions on your schedule.

Do you offer continuing education/CME credits?

Not currently, though we're exploring accreditation for future events. We will cover how podcasts are being used to deliver continuing education for health professionals, providing strategic insights that complement your formal professional development.

Can I become a sponsor?

Yes! Sponsorship opportunities are available. Visit our sponsor page (https://summit.healthpodcast.co/sponsor) to request information. We're especially interested in partners committed to elevating health communication standards.

Will the Health Podcast Summit be available as a podcast?

We thought you would never ask! In fact, the session at Health Podcast Summit will be published and available as a podcast after the event. Go ahead and register, and we'll email you the link so you can listen while you commute, exercise, fold the laundry, or wherever you like!
